Looking back and forward
I started my career as a primary school teacher, which remains my favorite experience. Studying Child Psychology for five years helped me understand my past and future as a parent, highlighting the profound impact our words and actions have on children.
Later, I transitioned into Labor Law and HR Management, a field I grew to love after initially finding it unexciting. Over 20 years in HR, I used my legal background to prevent labor law disputes, managing HR in companies with 2,500 to 5,500 employees and handling only five lawsuits, none of which I lost.
I built a high-performing HR team that stayed with me for years despite a volatile labor market. In 2014, I shifted focus to individual development, training in Coaching & Mentoring. I provided leadership coaching for junior managers and life coaching to my team, helping them maintain balance and prevent burnout. I also led workshops during a merger, which sparked my passion for coaching and mentoring.
Now, I'm returning to my roots as a teacher, coach, and mentor, where I can build meaningful, lasting connections with people.

Energetic, firm, quick-paced and motivational. A very fine attention to detail and a clear sharp reasoning, this is how I had known and perceived Dana from our first meetings within Takata Company, where she held the position of Human Resources Manager. This role, within such a complex organization with such a large headcount, made it so that to these attributes she added a rich professional experience in the field of employment relations, not only from legal or management point of view, but also human, psychological, following a timeline that accompanies the employee from the first working day until end of employment.
